At Prescribed®, every product is crafted specially for you. Since our items — including our premium notebooks and customized apparel — are made to order, we’re unable to accept returns. We appreciate your understanding and support for small-batch, purpose-driven creations.
🛠 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@prescribed.co.in with the photographs , and we'll make it right.
💸 Refunds
If your item is damaged or incorrect and your return is approved, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. If you have any concerns, email us at support@prescribed.co.in.
